Have you tried flashing the phone's official firmware?

On octopus,Connect the phone while switched on, Select the phone model, then click on repair EFS.

thanks for ur reply but the is not booting its only hang 
on samsung

Are you saying the phone is no longer booting after performing was repair OR the phone isn't even able to boot to perform the efs repair?

Either way perform a factory reset in recovery, if it doesn't boot to homescreen then flash stock firmware
