Phoenix download problem

[Please help] Phoenix download problem

I wanted to re jailbreak my iPad 3 . iOS 9.3.5 using Phoenix . I had switched off my iPad and lost the jailbreak but when I tried to download Phoenix it responded. " Phoenix can not be installed at this time ". Even I tried Yalu , IPa box but still the same response ple what is the solution .

Try Cydia or Pangu to jailbreak.

Please I tried to re jailbreak my iPad with tweak box but I can't find Phoenix any longer . Pls what is the latest way of JAILBREAKING iPad 3 .ios 9.3.5 - No PC
