It would help to know what's wrong with your phone and how the problem started
The firmware you downloaded was probably meant to be flashed using stock recovery and not twrp or a different tool
Extract the firmware you downloaded then attach a screenshot of the contents of the firmware here

This ROM should be flashed using stock recovery, but you can try extracting the update.app file

You can extract update.app using the guide at https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthr...?t=2433454

Within, you should find boot.img and system.img (you can then try flashing those two files using twrp > install image or fastboot

when installing via twrp
2 choices 'boot' or 'recovery' for flash image
for boot.img I put boot and ok
but for the system I chose 'boot' and I have the message
'size of image is larger than target device'
should I choose the recovery for the partition?

No.
Try flashing system via fastboot

Hello
I made this cmd and it puts me the same message "image too big"
so I think I'll be either:
try using the method 'dload' to put update file in this file and press 3 buttons and normally it should do the update
or then I install the recovery stock and then I make the update with the help of this one
What do you think?
thank you again for your help

Seems the adb version you're using is low, try using the adb and fastboot inside the tool at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-17104.html

BTW do you still have stock recovery.img for your phone?
