my tecno f3 after power up stay about 5 minutes,hang and restarts and then i hard reseted but the user data and system malfunction continues.
then i downloaded the firmware from hovatek,did format  and flash and  the userdata and system malfunction continues.
i have formated with wrong file yet it refuse to brick.
please,any solution to these?

Tecno f3 has secure boot so it is not advisable to format.
Now, to verify, are you making use of the DA file specifically for tecno f3?

Was any of the operations you carried out successful? did you get a green tick? (I.e if you were using SP flash tool

Yes,i used MT6580 da file to flash and it went successfully via Sp flash tool.The challenge now is that after flashing,userdata and system partition remains.

I have just format usedata but it still not erase

It might be a faulty emmc chip issue.
