Please i have enabled oem unlock on the developer option and also enable USB debugging. But yet I still receive = unlock remote is not allowed  
Pls help me I use tecno w3

Which version of fastboot are you using and which commands are you using?

I use minimal adb and fastboot version 1.4.2 and I tried both fastboot oem unlock and fastboot flashing unlock still gives same error

Run fastboot getvar unlocked
and lets know the response.
BTW, hope you know you don't need to unlock bootloader to root, flash custom recovery or custom rom

Really....? But it is stock rom that I want to flash Cus when I power d phone, all app would be closing by itself and saying unfortunately (app) closed.

Yeah, downloaded the stock rom and flash it successfully but it didn't change anything on the phone, so I thought u locking d bootloader might make it work.
The build no: W3-H806A1-M-1705030V117

the bootloader is expected to be relocked after flashing the stock ROM unless if there's hardware fault. Maybe a corrupted emmc chip.
After flashing the phone did you undergo the initial setup wizard or the phone boots to home screen with everything intact?

Yes, The phone boots to home screen with everything intact. Was surprised, did it up to 4 times n was successful but not booting into the initial setup

Yes, The phone boots to home screen with everything intact. Was surprised, did it up to 4 times n was successful but not booting into the initial setup

The emmc chip is corrupted/damaged, it will have to be replaced.
