China Mobile M812c Root, Recovery, rom and unbrick

china mobile "m812c".
please i need recovery for the phone if possible official rom too because i did factory reset of the phone and now the launcher is not working after i did all the initial settings for the first time boot after factory reset, i saw "unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped " the phone is rooted but no custom recovery installed and i tried many ways to install launcher but no luck at all.

I will be glad if you can help me about the recovery and how to flash it or official rom and how to flash it or which ever way to make the phone work. {a1deparagon@gmail.com}

Is that phone original, did you purchase it as new?

answer the questions @innagee and @emmanus asked
then also tell us how you rooted, if you used magisk then try flashing back stock boot.img, factory reset and see if the issue still persist

I noticed something in the recovery mode, there is an option of apply update from adb, when I select the option and connected to computer, I saw this one.

am just saying this if there is a way to do something through adb though I knew nothing about this. thanks.
