My infinix note 5 has no fingerprint option in settings i can't setup my fingerprint because no option to set it up I think it's a software problem please help

How did this problem start?

Did you make any changes to the phone before you discovered this problem? e.g flashing, updates or upgrades.

I bought it from someone Emmanus I bought it like that I didn't know so what should I do please

First thing to try will be a factory reset from recovery .
If that doesn't solve it, you have to open the phone to verify that the finger print scanner is connected to the board, disconnect and reconnect it again,then factory reset.
If it persists, you have to take note of your build number @ settings>about ,then backup your firmware, download the firmware that matches your build number from the hovatek collection, and flash it to your phone.

Did you check the board and confirm if the fingerprint sensor is connected?
Have you tried factory resetting the phone?
State the phone's build no.

Use the app at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13054.html and attach screenshots of each tab.
Also check Settings > About > Build Number and attach a screenshot

have you tried factory resetting the device at all?
if yes, you can try flashing firmware of a lower build number to yours listed at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23512.html 
e.g X604-H633H-O-180928V246

and you should backup your rom before flashing it. use wwr @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html
