.Need help for my Elephone mtk backup/ clockworkmode

Thanks for your prompt concerns. I rarely save my applications on phone memory hence still have about 10.6/16G space. It do create clockworkmod - backup - md5 file on the sd but with 0 zero bytes. Am confused because have done similar backup and Cwm porting of Tecno P5 with your tutorial with ease. This one is becoming a nut. Don't you think it's from the OS mtk6732

have gone through thread 526 and tried executing the tutorials to no effect. the "create scatter" button refuse to highlight except for the return button

is this phone in good condition? as in able to boot into home screen and function fine?

The phone in good condition, it's new Elephone p6000 working fine without hitches , just want to make a backup and install clockworkmode recovery and in case the need be.

go to settings > storage and lets know the statistics

What statistics you want to know exactly from storage so I will know what to publish

Have given the information previously. Sd=5.7g, phone =10.19g.

repeat the sp flash tool readback process. this time around, post a screenshot of each step till you get to the part you're having issues
