.Need help for my Elephone mtk backup/ clockworkmode

I haven't come to the point of using sp flash tool. Think have to create the scatter file before thinking of reading back with spft. Am stucked with making scatter with the mtk droid tools - blocks map - scatter and return button. Make scatter button don't highlights to continue processing

im asking for a screenshot of the mtk droid tools part. up to where create scatter isnt clickable

there have always been the error code instantly the phone is connected to the mtk droid tool. it reads ERROR:--- TotalBytesPerChunk Not Found. Set default Page/spare=2048/64!!!

Have never got ----Unknown ROM structure, backup NOT possible! After the initial error it will go ahead giving the Name of the Backup destination folder on both PC and PHONE and etc until it asks for packing backup. when choose No and clicking prepare blocks for flash, there is no md5 file in the backup to choose from. rather i will have
nvram
system
firmware.info
mount.info
phone.info
yaff.info   on the backup

Hello Hovatek ;pls any solution yet to assist with my Elephone p6000. Skipped to give more time. cant install cwm recovery and rom backup
