How did it get bricked?
What is its state now? Stuck at boot logo, or doesn't come on at all?

Where did you get the firmware you flashed?

Attach a full screenshot of the error message.
Hope you're not holding any button while connecting to PC for flashing

I didn't flash any rom when it got bricked.
It's currently on a dead end. Power button doesn't respond. It initially doesn't get detected by my PC but I realized if I leave it connected to the pc for like 20-30minutes I started hearing connecting and disconnecting sounds repeatedly. When I tried flashing the ROM I saw online, I get error 4032 (Dram failed)

If by 'dead end' you mean it does not come on at all, and you didn't flash any rom before that, I suggest you take the phone to a phone hardware repairs technician.

Was in the bag only to realise after bringing it out that it's off. Tried powering it off but didn't on then thought the battery is down and tried to recharge but nothing happened.

sounds more like hardware problem. try disconnecting / reconnecting the battery of the phone then allow the phone to charge OR better still take the phone for hardware checkup
