I gave it to a supposed technician to make the software update because the back camera did not work because it was asking me for an update, I flashed it with tools flas tool and left it dead without turning on no charge or anything, according to I try to put another room and now the flas tool gives an error that says 4032 do not know what that means, he told me to find someone who had an identical phone to mine so that with a backutp of his room can recover mine , the I connect it to the computer and after a while it recognizes it but from there it does not do anything

from what you explained, your phone is able to power on and boot to homescreen but the back camera isn't working
have you tried using other camera apps from playstore?
or wiping app data and cache from the default camera app?

what is the present state of the phone? (totally dead OR stuck at bootlogo)

The phone had camera issue which you tried to solve through flashing, after flashing, the phone has gone totally dead. When you try to flash again, you get Error 4032. Right?

Post the firmwares you have tried.

just to be sure, does this mean you were never able to successfully flash the firmware?
if yes, then disconnect / reconnect the battery of the phone then leave the phone to charge for a while

Si es así, desconecte / vuelva a conectar la batería del teléfono y deje que el teléfono se cargue por un tiempo.

pero no tengo la raíz correcta Tengo una que es 6.1 y la mía es 6.0, donde puedo encontrar la raíz porque no la encuentro en Internet
