(06-03-2019, 10:35 AM)murunz So please what's next?

try dumping firmware using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25452.html
if successful, use boot.img from the dump to root using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html

alt.
you can consider checking if your phone has a system update to any of the firmware builds listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25856.html
if it does, perform the one time update then download boot.img then root using the links above

I've tried doing so but it says 'can not identify'

I've backed up my phone using Miracle box. What should I do next, how do I locate and extract boot.img in my backup?
I have screenshots of the backup files below.
I see boot but no img so I want to be sure, which one is boot.img?

boot is what we're referring to as boot.img
.img is just the file extension, if yours doesn't have this then you can rename the file and include the .img extension ; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-27120.html

you can patch boot using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html
flash patched boot using miracle box custom flasher @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-26213.html
lets know how it goes

OK that worked and after patching the file and flashing it, my phone won't boot because it's not accepting my password. What should I do?
