I try to follow the méthod of magisk to have pached_boot.img but my fastboot is lock, the command of unlock give me: <<waiting for device>>

What is your device chipset(mtk or spd).
First thing to do is unlock your bootlader then try to flash anything in fastboot. Have you enabled oem unlock and usb debugging on you device in developer mode.
Try this "fastboot flashing unlock" command after oem unlock on your device.then flash yor boot.img
