whats wrong with the phone and how did it start?

i came across a tutorial of how i cant back up my rom and i tried it and there was an error in the process. so i disconnect my phone and it wont power on since then, but my pc detects it as Da Vcom port

Yes I have,  it now four days now and still nothing, so I saw the post of someone asking for help where you promised the stock file will be made available as soon as it available... I've waiting for it as well,  please help me

Dear Hovatek, please kindly come to my rescue again... My infinix hot note pro got bricked while i was trying to update to infinix official lollipop... and now my phone wont power on nor charge... just warm but my pc still detects it as Da Vcom usb port... ON MY KNEES i plead that you grant me "[email protected]"to download the stock rom for Infinix Hot Note Pro... so as to unbrick my phone... God bless you
