Hello! I have an Asus ZD551K with a bootloop problem. I tried to flash some stock firmwares, but problem persists. I tried to put custom rom. Failure.
I flashed TWRP recovery and I found a file log. In this log i found this error: "modem subsystem failure reason: rfc.cpp:1085:ASUS missing rf_device: Main ASM".
I know that is a hardware problem. I opened the phone to check the cables, etc. But problem persists. What can I do to get this phone running without replacing the motherboard? (without mobile network, etc, doesn't mather)

The software build number was 1999. Now I flashed cyanogenmod 14.1 to get this file log. I can access the recovery mode, the fastboot mode.

Try flashing RAW FIRMWARE in fastboot mode instead of asus flash tool.
This will solve bootloops problem in many cases. I have repaired assus zenfone max 2 (camera failure.)earlier with this method.
I have to remover main camera to make it usable.
AND Only lollipop version was working (even marshmallow and nougat stuck at boot logo)

So try downgrading your os with raw firmware

Is your device is ZD551KL not ZD551K please confirm. I haven't found any device with that build.

Yes. It is ZD551KL. I flashed the raw firmware (one from youtube, build 1228 and one with build 2210) but none doesn't work. I need to remove the rf loading device from the startup script to make this device working.
5.0.2 firmware - shows boot animation and it freezes and restarts at Asus logo, before showing under "In search of incredible"
6.0.1 firmware - show boot animation and it restarts before the loading circle shows
I have an another Asus Z00UD, which works. Both firmware files works and TWRP and CM files are compatible with this device.

what's the problem you encountered after flashing the 1999 build?
did you factory reset the phone immediately after flashing?

I tried to do a factory reset after flashing. I think there is no software problem. My problem is the hardware. The RF chip is broken. What can I do to skip the loading of this RF device during the booting into the system? Which file do I need to edit?
