In left side the black flex cable connected with battery. The square size connected with motherboard

. Remove this pin (left side , near screw , little square pin connector with black flex cable wich comes from battery)

I have tried lifting it but it seems glued to the board.

It doesn't seem to be in a clip. Rather glued to the board

from the picture its clearly not glued just clipped, just need to a little more force while trying to pry it off 
dont use too much force or you might cut the flex
