(22-03-2019, 07:02 PM)okychris ...Batteries was used to check the phone charging operation (though not same battery but same manufacturer and it fits in the plug) ...

have you ever successfully used any of these batteries on this phone in the past? or you're just testing?
if you're just testing for the first time, then this is not a proper test as you're not sure the battery can power the phone

(22-03-2019, 09:21 PM)okychris please is there any trcks for battery stats? and how can i performed rom update or downgrade when device cannot be detected? thanks for your time and support.

your phone needs to at least power on or boot into flash mode; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12215.html if you can't get into flash mode then you're going to be needing jtag service, you can search online & purchase for such services

please I want to know. The battery icon, is it not suppose to be indicating even if the battery is having a problem. that is like showing even 0%. but in this case the battery icon is not on the screen. just a black
screen with only the red light at the top of device.
