please can you give a step by rundown on how to flash my ZTE E7L using the file downloaded from this link (https://mega.nz/#!62whkaqJ!H_0iUDiLgRW2K...4XV4psF30Y)you gave. since it is not a pac file, i can't load it on SPD upgrade tool.. can someone help please

flash using sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html
if your phone is soft bricked (stuck at boot or bootloop) try flashing only boot, recovery and system.img

flash using sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html

the e7l firmware you downloaded is for the model running mtk, how did you veify that yours has an spd chipset?

i have done what u asked.. but the make of the phone is not coming up there because the device is not coming up at all, however am very positive that it is ZTE E7L and it runs on spreadtrum chipset .

your phone doesn't need to power on, you can try holding vol down button before connecting to the PC
if your phone is 100% sure yours is spd (not based on assumptions or what you think) then you need to search online for firmware for e7l spd as the above firmware will not work for you OR you search for a working phone same spd version then backup firmware and flash yours
