lower touch is not working after flashing...stuck on "NEXT"...also i lose my original ROM

you must have flashed using a firmware you downloaded, take note of the firmware link then search again for Samsung Galaxy S9+ SM-G960F MT6580 firmware
you'll surely find a list, exclude the firmware link you already tried and try flashing firmware from the others you find

i have a working firmware..but i have flashed a wrong firmware...now my working firmware is flashed but lower touch is not working...its stuck on "NEXT"...upper touch is working but typing word is incorrect...i think i have flashed a wrong Kernal

seems more like hardware problem than software, have you tried changing touch or screen?

Did the typing issue start only after you had flashed the wrong firmware?
