Enter android password

I have a tecno N6S, I rebooted and I am asked for android password. I read through some thread that I should factory reset, but that didnt help too.
Please help on how to by pass this.

attach a screenshot of the password screenshot
what exactly do you mean by "that didnt help"? (you were unable to perform a factory reset or you did but the phone still remains locked)
what options did you select in recovery mode? did you try "More > wipe data"

I have Tecno w3 model with the same issue, wipe data didn't get the device problem solved.
What else can I do?
please give me a way forward, am offline for a week now.
