pls i have this lenovo a3800-d that turns on but doesn't boot, when i plug charger it shows the battery sign with a red signal but it doesn't flunctuate to show if its charging.i have downloaded and flashed the firmware from hovatek yet no solution please help me out, your suggestions really matters to me, thanks.

How many different firmware have you tried? Can It enter any mode like fastboot or recovery?

its just the firmware from hovatek that i tried, it enters recovery but if i try to perform a factory reset, immediately the process is initiated, the phone goes off without completing the wipe.

how did this problem begin? and have you tried using a different battery?

the phone was brought to me in that condition, i have tried another battery, yet no solution
