Hi. I have followed the steps provided by Hovatek to backup my phone's firmware, but while doing the readback, when I connect my phone, I get STATUS BROM CMD STARTCMD FAIL (0xC0060001) error. I need assistance getting past this part.

I tried using miracle box thunder edition. I'd select MTK then under service tab, I select Read. I tried both 8th boot(MT65xx & MT67xx/8127) and Boot(DA_SWSEC)(MT65xx & MT67xx), but once I connect the phone, Miracle Box shows >>Downloading Boot8 ..., the bar underneath shows 100% and my phone boots up just as soon as I connect it. Is the phone supposed to boot up?

No, it should not boot up.
Try holding the vol down key before connecting the phone to pc.

No, it should not boot up.
Try holding the vol down key before connecting the phone to pc.
Hi. I have tried miracle box while holding the volume down key. The phone would still boot up. I attempted with the volume up key and this is the message it gave>>The Boot not support the Phone, or CPU Bad. Select other Boot. I have tried the two available Boot options that match my phone with no success.

I tried SP flash tool for readback, this time while holding down the volume up key, this time I got BROM CMD error, like the phone tried to boot up before the process could commence.
