Hi there!

After an update of Tecno camon 11, it installs default apps (asphalt, instagram, etc.) after each reboot (even if I delete it).
I just want to remove these apps from the phone. I did the factory reset after the update, it didn't help.

try this
root the phone >> uninstall the apps >> use a file manager with root access navigate to /vendor/apps >> delete the respective apks and their folders
reboot and check if the apps return

Maybe flash the firmware for your previous build number
