Currently phone does not respond to anything not even vibrating to power button or power+vol up/down

Was unable to fix phone took it to Technician who told me I need the phone's factory file is this true.

Would you know how I can get the factory file

I bricked my infinix hot 507 and I Ave used sp flash
tool to unbrick it and it worked but I did not format it
with a stock rom so it went of again. Now I ve tried
using the sp flash tool again but I get D green logo
for all processes (preloader bin, boot jag, recovery)
but yet it's not coming up at all.
