Anyway I can get a CUSTOM RECOVERY or build one for INFINIX NOTE 5 STYLUS_ sprout [X605 AD].  I need a custom recovery badly for my device.

do you have stock recovery.img for your device?
if yes, then port twrp using our tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html ; this device does not have a native recovery partition, so you're either looking to boot twrp or flash into boot partition

from your stock rom (must be for your exact build number), copy and rename boot.img to recovery.img then port twrp using our porting tool

How about those of us running Android 9? The Porting tools only support up to 8.1 Oreo-go.

I successfully ported a Custom recovery for my Infinix Note 5 stylus, using a patched stock boot.img and TWRP PORTER. But when I try flashing the recovery.img to my phone (using fastboot flash recovery recovery.img),
I get an error message : failed this partition doesn't exist.
Why ?

I now have the TWRP ported recovery.img from my patched stock boot.img. How do I flash it to my phone.?  (Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img is not working for me)
Which command will I use? HELP

already answered this @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-280...#pid169412
either attempting to boot twrp (fastboot boot twrp.img)
or
flash to boot partition, you must flash back boot.img when you're done with twrp to return back to system
