It just stuck and after 51 seconds it gives an error.

your file path should point to the file you're trying to write e.g recovery.img and not scatter file
if you're writing recovery then the begin address will be the start address for that recovery partition in the scatter file

Sadly it did not work or did not succeed in writing memory to the phone.
I tried writing both the .img and .bin (preloader) files but all failed.
But when i tried memory test i found an interesting result which i have little idea about.

the results in memory tells your device uses emmc and not nand or ufs storage
from all indications, the emmc chip is faulty. you should consider checking and changing the emmc chip
