its a permission thing. are you using the PC as admin or just regular user?

i am using it as an admin... i tried to right click on the file and go to properties.. but it wunt show me the security tab.. and if i uncheck the file at the folder option, still it wunt show the security tab.. i still try using the command prompt "takeown" command it will just tell me that it cant grant me the access to an insecure file... when i try to rename the file it will show, you dont have full permission on this user account... and i am having only one account on the system and i am running it has an administrator

here's what you'll do. try creating a new user account and make that account an admin

so you're using the PC as a regular user and not as admin right? 2 admins won't harm your PC by the way.
you might need to reinstall windows 8 if that be the case.

change boot order in BIOS or keep pressing f9 immediately you press the power button. it should give you a list . select dvd from the list. if f9 doesnt bring it out, try from f6 to f12 . one of them should give you a boot order option
