Have you tried factory reset after flashing the firmware?

I tried that too but it didn't work only error (4032) kept on poping up.
Can y360-U61 firmware be flashed on Y360-U31 or Y360-U31be flashed on Y360-U82?
Have asked that question because when i booted in the recovery mode yesterday after flashing,i could see something like"y360-u61V100R001C644B100" written on top of the screen in the recovery mode. When i connected my phone in miracle box thunder, i could see my phone detected as "U31" and when i uncovered the second sticker at the back of my phone as the first sticker was not clear,i discovered that it was written as Y360-U82.
Am totally confused, please help me.

firmware from -u82 wont work on -u61 cause the both devices use different chipset
your device is either going to be -u31 (single sim slot) or -u61 (dual sim slot) -- how many sim slots does your device have?

dual sim means the device is -u61
you can try firmware for -u61; check @ https://yadi.sk/d/XqgQj7fVmEUdP

Yes, you can
but then it seems the emmc chip is faulty, do you still remember and have the firmware you flashed successfully? screenshot 25 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/attachment.php?aid=6865

if you do, then use method 7 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html to re-verify the build number of the
firmware
skip the part about dumping firmware since you already have recovery.img
let me know what the build number says
