I tried the rooting process in the link you gave me it did not work.when I update zip after one minutes it say update aborted.

So I told my friend to do a cwm backup if his infinix zero but when I try to restore the backup he sent me from my phone I get a md5 error mismatch. I wanted to install phillz recovery and fix the md5 error but I have no root.
Pls is there any other way?

now, use the MP0B method @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-116.html to write an IMEI to the phone (do not reboot)

ok. you might need to fall back to the NVRAM method. as you friend to send you his NVRAM backup (using mtk droid tools)
in the mean time, try the mobile uncle method

My friend does not have a PC and he can't do a MRI backup because he's a learner.
Pls is there any other method let's forget about my friend

i wouldnt be too quick to discard your friend. if he could do a CWM backup then he should be able to pull off an NVRAM backup

1. cant the phone now enter CWM recovery?
2. how did the mobile uncle method go?
3. does MTK droid tools display the phone's baseband when connected to PC?
