[Please help] Sim not detected after flashing new ROM on my Infinix zero 16gb X506

#11

OK, I ll give it a try, note=the current ROM on this dead device is not its original ROM, its d lollipop ROM I flashed before having invalid imei/baseband issue, d one am about flashing now is the flash file I backed up from a friend's phone using mtkdroid, hope it will still work out smoothly or I need to format d previous lollipop ROM before reflashing the backed up file..

no need to format. just flash the files (except preloader.bin). seems the ROM has a network bug. many other zero users have had the same issue

thats probably the j608/J609 issue

check the baseband (settings > about > baseband) on the phone you backed up and let me know if it says J608 or J609

download the J609 replacement files @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-533.html then copy them all into the infnix zero j608 backup folder (replace if prompted) then try flashing again

OK, so now will I still flash the whole files again or just preloader.bin alone?
