How to fix a dead itel1501

I have this itel1501 that's totally dead while making use of it; it wasn't rooted and I'd wonder how it come to this. No button is turning up neither charging nor connected as usb. Please sir I need your help thanks

do you have the pac file and have you tried flashing it?

do you have the pac file and have you tried flashing it?

No sir I don't have it; it doesn't even read the USB it basically a dead end.. Blank screen.
