    [Please help] Tecno H7 has a scratchy sound when I play music

    My Tecno produces a scratchy sound whenever I play music. The loudspeaker was replaced at the CarlCare but still it produces the scratchy sound.. Assist me please.

    When I connect the ear piece, it makes the same scratchy sound.

    The scratchy sound is worse when the phone rings... It developed this problem when it bricked.. I took it to the Dealer (Carlcare) to unbrick and change the loudspeaker.

    Sir, Thanks soo much for the information.. I bought new earpieces yesterday and the sound was very clear.. no scratchy sound... but the phones loudspeaker produces the scratchy sound...

    I can reflash the stock rom if u advice me to do so.

    your ROM is likely fine although the fault still lies between the ROM and the speaker.
    lets try re-flashing the stock backup but first, backup your phone using this guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-468.html just in case
