It still hangs at Red bar 100% of first flash and won't move again.... Could it be from the sp flash tool??

I charged the battery for long just that I won't know how many % it has charged because it just shows battery with thunder signal on it on the screen when I plug a charger... I have changed USB as well but I have not changed PC

try a different port on the PC and wait while its stuck at 100%. it should eventually give an error which'll tell us whats wrong

ok. get another PC then install vcom drivers using https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html
try flashing again.
Also consider re-downloading SP flash tool v 5 from https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html
if it still gives the same error 4032 then:
1. load the scatter file in sp flash tool and tell me which items are ticked and which arent
2. go to device manager then connect the phone to PC and tell me what device manager detects the phone as. you might need to use the driver update technique.
