It still hangs at Red bar 100% of first flash and won't move again.... Could it be from the sp flash tool??

how long did you charge the battery and have you tried another USB cord and PC?

I charged the battery for long just that I won't know how many % it has charged because it just shows battery with thunder signal on it on the screen when I plug a charger... I have changed USB as well but I have not changed PC

try a different port on the PC and wait while its stuck at 100%. it should eventually give an error which'll tell us whats wrong

I used same pc and same port to flash a Tecno l3 and it was successful... When I tried flashing the tecno Phantom z.... It got stuck at 100% red bar again and brought out an error saying [EMI] Obtain Dram failed [HINT] Please check your load matches to your target which is to be downloaded

thats the error i needed to see.
need you to confirm that your phone is phantom Z (not mini) and the stock ROM you downloaded from us is also phantom Z

I'm sure of the stock rom I downloaded and the phone is tecno Phantom z.... Dunno if it has different model... How can I know exactly??

check the pack or case. there's phantom Z and Phantom Z mini

ok. get another PC then install vcom drivers using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
try flashing again. 
Also consider re-downloading SP flash tool v 5 from https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html
if it still gives the same error 4032 then:
1. load the scatter file in sp flash tool and tell me which items are ticked and which arent
2. go to device manager then connect the phone to PC and tell me what device manager detects the phone as. you might need to use the driver update technique.
