either search for a working phone to backup firmware from OR since your device can power on now, try flashing ONLY boot, recovery and system from the firmware of those devices you mentioned are closely related to yours and see if your device will boot to homescreen

Yes, or any others you can find
after flashing the 3 items (boot, recovery, system) ensure to attempt booting into recovery mode then perform a factory reset before attempting to boot into homescreen

I tried everything and concluded that the problem is in the volume up button,it doesn't work.

What should I do now?

Please tell me how to boot into recovery mode without using of the volume keys?

Maybe with OTG keyboard or PC or needle etc..

BTW My tablet doesn't have a home button.

highly unlikely considering you're trying firmwares not meant for your device, if you flash a firmware then try booting to recovery mode and it doesnt work then try boot into factory mode ie vol down + power button (the mode with chinese characters), wipe emmc then see if the phone boots or not
if it doesnt then the firmware isn't compatible, you try another

since the phone can't boot to homescreen then you can only boot to recovery mode using button combo

you can't enable USB debugging if you're not able to boot to homescreen
