how did this problem begin? did you do, flash, modify anything on the device?
have you tried factory resetting or flashing firmware?

I flash the phone with hovatek firmware.... But didn't work

you've not answered "how did this problem begin? did you do, flash, modify anything on the device?"
and what do you mean by it didn't work? you could not flash successfully or you did but BT problem remains unsolved?
also, does the wifi and radio work?
