#1

I tried flashing tecno p5 with flex rom from android villa and now its stuck in boot loop with a new tecno logo that seems to be like fire. i can access cwm, tried to restore to the stock rom with cwm but still its stuck at boot loop. i have tried using sp flash tool but it is not possible as whenever i try to connect the phone to the laptop the phone turns on by itself hence disturbing the connection from sp slash tool. please help

1. is your p5 old or new OS type (see https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-311.html ) ?
2. try holding the volume increase button while connecting the phone to PC for flashing

copy your clockworkmod folder on the sd card to a safe location then format the SD card. replace the clockworkmod folder and try restoring the cwm backup. after restring, boot into recovery mode to wipe data, cache and dalvik cache

formated the sd card then followed your instructions. it successfully completes restoring, then after that i did as you said but still nothing happened. I am almost losing hope, I have been doing this, its the first time I am stuck.
