whats the build number of your device? settings > about phone > build number
do you have firmware for the exact same build?

i'll take it that you dont have firmware, so you'll need to backup firmware from your device first

backup firmware using wwr mtk @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-21970.html or use miracle thunder @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-13347.html
you'll need to use a custom DA for backup, download for your model @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-23243.html ; use that of lc6

if backup is successful then you can attempt rooting using the guide @ https://blog.hovatek.com/how-to-gain-tem...rk-go-kc1/ ; but ensure to use recovery.img from your backup

Yes, just make sure you use the recovery.img for your phone’s model.
