ok. good. if you backed it up using a tool then restore it using that same tool.

i used PARTITIONS BACKUP, some app i found on Google play
the backup looks like this: GT-I9500_BL_100MB_backup_2015-05-08_11-46-32.bin

the app should have a backup - restore function. just copy the bin to your phone and use the restore function.
if it doesnt have a restore function, look for an EFS backup tool with both backup and restore functionality

EFS pro has such

Its saying that ROSTORED FILE MUST BE A RAW PARTITION IMAGE WITH (.IMG) EXTENSION. is there a way i can convert the .bin to .img???

No. you either restore using the same method you used to backup (and get the .bin file) or you use EFS pro for both backup and restore

No. you either restore using the same method you used to backup (and get the .bin file)  or you use EFS pro for both backup and restore

efs pro keep saying AN INTERNAL ERROR OCCURED WHILE TRYING TO INTEROGATE THE DEVICE
