Hi. I'm trying to flash Nokia 3 ta-1028 latam version but spft ask for an auth file. And there no auth file.. I already download like 3 or 4 stock ROMs and nothing works.. is there a way to get that auth file??

try the auth file @ [ Login / Register to download free]
if that doesn't work for you, then you'll need to take your device to service center
