please i need help in my ITEL S12
initially it had issues with (privacy protection password)I chose to to use your firmware to try flashing it [Hovatek] Itel S12 (S12-I805-7_0-OP-V028-20171017) still it could not go through......now its stuck at the recovery mode with supprted API: 3 and 'no command' blinking on my phone

can you explain properly what you mean by it could not go through? where you able to flash the firmware you downloaded successfully or not?
if you flashed the firmware, then when you get to no command screen, proceed into main recovery mode screen by pressing power button + vol up then factory reset the phone
