Hi Guys
Hope you okay.
A client of mine brought in a Nokia 1 TA-1047 Dual SIM showing "NO SERVICE, NO SIM CARD", my first suspect was a Nvram issue which I immediately went on to check if the phone was showing a baseband and also if the IMEI are both been shown, on checking, it turned it was showing " UNKNOWN BASEBAND" and "UNKNOWN IMEI" on both the two SIM. I have flashed the phone with all the available Nokia 1 TA-1047 including the latest 039G but to no success, still the same "NO SERVICE, NO SIM CARD"
Kindly Assist a brother here please
Kind Regards

after flashing the firmware did the baseband change to valid?
have you tried factory resetting the phone after flashing the firmware?
what was the phone's original build no. before initial flashing?

00ww_0_39G isn't the latest, rather 1550 is latest
anyways, you can boot your phone into recovery mode right? whats the build number at the header section in recovery mode? (you can attach a clear picture if you are unsure which is the build)

Or better still, how do I flash the Nvarm to resolve the issue?
And another issue also I noticed is this, when I use Miracle box it shows "Preloaded Skip" when flashing though it concludes well and the phone boots okay.
Another issue that confuses me as well is that, miracle box shows "Writing Nvram.bin" and does it okay. I tried to repair the Imei using SN write Tool but its giving me an "AP inconsistent error" which I know means that the APBP DB files are not for the phone, and that's where am stuck right now, getting the correct DB files for the Phone.
I tried repairing the Imei with MauiMeta v10 but again, the phone goes well to connect well starting from BOOT, to Kernel but at that point of "MD SWITCH" it skips cos the arrowing point at this point doesn't go from grey to a green ick like the other points but just the arrow remains inactive and point at the MD Switch. So it Skips this Point and goes to the last point which is "MD MODE" which gets stuck there and then gives an X sign and the Connect button gets active meaning an error.
So I was wondering what could be the reasons the phone not being able to switch to that "MD Mode" in the Maui Tool and what does that MD mode mean?

All attempts to write IMEI will fail till unknown baseband is fixed

boot to recovery mode
first power off the phone > connect the phone to a charging source > waiting till charging sign shows > press and hold vol up + power button > release only power button once you see the bootlogo

better still, whats the current build number of the phone? settings > about phone > build number

if you can firmware or a similar device running the 36A, then you can backup from the device
