Hello there, good morning. Pls, I have a tecno D1 phone here. When you switch it on, it comes on and then work for a minute and then it hangs and then switch off by itself and continue booting forever until u remove the Battery. Please, how do I fix it? Thanks

1. have you tried a factory reset?
2. have you tried using a formatted SD card?
3. have you tried flashing the stock backup?
4. check to be sure the battery isnt overheating
