Sp flash tool keeps showing 0xC0010004 error

I am trying to backup my ROM of my device before rooting it
Device
Model : Tecno ca7
Build number : CA7-H633BCDK-O-191212V311
Chipset : MT6763V/V
I keep getting stock at the first read back, I have tried both 6763 and 6763V scatter files. Using 6763 and I got a DA file from one of the threads on this forum the first gave me an error that the DA file was incompatible. The other DA file worked and the progress bar reached 100% for the first read back before the 0xC0010004 error popsup. And I am using the latest version of so flash 5.1936

Have you tried using miracle thunder loader version to backup firmware? Download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15700.html .

OK I set up miracle box and after sorting out the comport errors and USB waiting stuff... I ran into a phone is vonnecting... Wait error and then nothing happens. Pls help

meanwhile for your sp flsh tool problem, try reading from emmc_user and see if that works and also try using previous versions of sp flash tool

for miracle, ensure you're using miracle thunder v2.82 and insert the DA file you used in SPft into miracle. see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23733.html
