Hi,
I just received my Hisense A5Pro CC(SPD T610, Android 10), and try to unlock using this method.
But I got :
downloading 'unlock_message'...
OKAY [ 0.001s]
unlocking bootloader...
FAILED (remote: Unlock bootloader fail.)
finished. total time: 0.101s

And I have also tried 'generic fastboot bootloader unlock'.
Could you give me any advices?
Thanks

you mean the command "fastboot flashing unlock"?
this won't work if the identifier token command generates an output from your device

Thanks for your reply.
"fastboot flashing unlock" means https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19578.html.
The fastboot do not have the cmds related to fashboot oem x.

I had already enabled the OEM unlock in developer options.
An SPD phone could not use this method to unlock, that's a shame.
By the way, are you interested in this SPD Android 10 Phone? I could share with you the official ROM when it been published. If you want to try anything related to root and unlock, I'm very glad to help.

if you got an output from token command, then it's likely the device will require same method but maybe a different private key either for unisoc android 10 devices in general or oem specific. the firmware might help verify all these

Sir, the ROM of Hisense is made by 3 bin files. That's pretty wired. Officially, this ROM should only be put in the TF card and will wipe all user data after installation. I had try to use binwalk to extract it, but it not work. Can you give me some suggestions?
Thank you.

attach a screenshot of the contents of the firmware you downloaded
btw if it's really a TFcard firmware then it won;'t do any good as those firmwares don;t contain files for all partitions. you need a PAC firmware for testing not tfcard firmware
