for your runtime error, try install MS visual c++ restributable or try using a different PC

Hello about the tecno N9 I just install the latest version of vistal C++ runtime and test again and am still getting the same error message. Another thing i noticed about the tecno n9 firmware is the scatter file, its quite different and it has been the same for all the other scatter files have been downloading for n9 have attached a copy of what the scatter file looks like maybe it might be the problem...https://imgur.com/OyzjHHt
The same thing happened when i tried another using another pc.

nothing is wrong with the scatter file, it loads fine on my pc with spft v5.1724
download and install msv c++ aio @ https://www.upload.ee/files/10620984/VCR...9.zip.html > restart the pc then retry adding the scatter file
