(16-03-2020, 05:19 AM)AndersonSilvaa Sorry for the delay, I was very busy and tested different versions of the RSD and also firmware, but I was not successful, the RSD itself does not even recognize the device. But fastboot works just like you in the previous images.

your device should be in fastboot mode (and detected correctly in device manager, if not then download and install the drivers @ http://www.mediafire.com/file/52f9nzkj5q...0.zip/file ) before attempting to connect to rsdlite software

(16-03-2020, 05:32 AM)AndersonSilvaa I'm not sure, but I think it might help:
...
(bootloader) ro.carrier: trueth
...

it does help in identifying the right firmware. within the namath firmware list, you'll find trueth at the very end of the list. that should be the right firmware for your device

the output doesn't tell if your bootloader is unlocked though, you could try flashing a file e.g boot.img from within the trueth firmware using fastboot to see if it works (i.e if bootloader is unlocked)
"fastboot flash boot boot.img"

if it does then you can flash the rest except preloader using fastboot but if it doesn't then it means bootloader is still locked, use rsdlite to flash instead
My boot loader is blocked, I tried to load the boot file but without success, and I also tried to unlock using Motorola's own tutorial (https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp....der/unlock- your-device-a) but to no avail. And when trying to use RSD to load the system it does not list the device and is unable to load the system.

here the attempt fails with the RSD:

Here how the device is recognized in the device manager:

Here the attempt to flash the boot.img file:

You won't be able to unlock bootloader if your device is unable to boot to homescreen. This rules out manually trying to flash through fastboot mode
it's likely the contents of that xml file are not meant to work with rsdlite, that'll be the reason for that error "please check input file", which in turn will mean the firmware is most likely made to be sp flash tool compatible
Check within the firmware if you'll find any DA file e.g DA_SWSEC... , if you find one then try using it in sp flash tool to flash the firmware and post the result

It worked!!!! It worked!!! It worked!!! Thank you so much for everything! Thank you all! Man I'm very happy! And again, I'm sorry for my bad English, I'm studying to improve it.
The version of SP Flash that worked was 5.1824 on Windows, and the auth file that worked is the link here that I uploaded myself: https://www34.zippyshare.com/v/CIwWA2o9/file.html
The sim card is not working, because the IMEIS are zeroed, do you have any idea what I can use to recover them?

glad that it did
for restoring IMEI, first check settings > about phone > baseband ; ensure it's not unknown
if baseband isn't unknown then proceeding to fixing imei ; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html (modem meta, maui meta or sn writer should work for you)
if you still have any other problems with the imei, please create a different thread for it
