I tested it on Windows, performed all the procedures, but I still get the error: S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004), when I tried without pressing any button, ...

this error above (da and auth included without holding any buttons), is it the same you get when you try flashing with and without the battery?
and can you get access to another battery? or find a way to charge your current battery then retry flashing with the battery inserted
yes it is the same with and without a battery, I have already tested another battery on it and it remains the same, the cell phone itself is good because I tested it on a universal charger and when I tried the flash it was between 75% and 100%, besides having tested it on another device and it was normal. The cell itself before the problem worked normal.

...

try using a different USB cable or port on the PC
also try flashing without pressing any buttons on the phone
Keep returning me error Sad

I tried with three different cables (they all work very well because they were tested on other devices and used on this one before the brick), and it had no effect, I changed the usb, tried with and without battery and keeps returning the same error: S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004). The smartphone keeps restarting non-stop when trying to turn it on and when SP flash returns this error it shows the charging battery screen (when the battery is in it) and then it starts to restart madly.

Read the phone’s firmware with miracle box to see if it will ok. Follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
I'll test it now that I got home from work and give feedback.

When trying without pressing any buttons, about 2 minutes passed on this screen and nothing happened besides the phone being connected and disconnected.

When trying to press the volume button - several minutes passed on this screen and nothing happened.

I noticed something very strange, the Moto C XT1758 has an MT6737M (according to all the places I read), but in the program it appears as MT6735. I also tested other Boot Select that had MT65xx and MT67xx, versions of Miracle Box and got the same results.

insert the da and auth file you have in the provided boxes within custom settings tab ; refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23733.html then retry the procedure again (you can use readinfo instead of read, it'll give a much quicker result and if it manages to go through successfully then you can try flashing firmware using write)

I tried what you suggested, selected the DA, auth and preloader files and hit start and connected the phone off and got this result (the first image is by pressing the volume button minus and the second image is without pressing anything):

it's still using boot 8 rather than external boot
see the second screenshot, after inputting the DA and auth files, tick the checkboxes beside da and auth
leave out preloader (you don't need to input this). also leave out selecting your phone model from the dropdown bar

it should look like this

[Image: How-to-use-da-file-in-miracle-thunder-6.jpg]

then return back to the service tab and retry the readinfo task

I tried what you said, but it didn't change the results on the first attempt without pressing any buttons and the second attempt by pressing the minus button.

Note: pressing the volume button plus returns the same result as pressing any button

...

still different from what i explained, you didn't tick the checkboxes
look at the screenshot i provided and look at what you have on your custom settings screen (both are different, mine has the checkboxes ticked, yours doesn't)

if you're still unsure then follow the step by step procedure for miracle @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23733.html

well, your problem doesn't seem to be from the flashing tool, neither is it from the DA file (cause someone has previously confirmed the DA to work on the same device model). You've tried a different PC and USB cables as you said, which leaves USB port on the phone
you can try changing that then retry flashing the device
