And I want to increase the partition following this process

Is it possible? if not what other procedures are available

because I have a custom ROM that is bigger than the partition size

that TWRP option will not work for what you plan to do
you need to use a tool such as parted, to resize a particular partition like one where you want to take the extra space from e.g userdata then resize the system partition (if there's a partition in between system and userdata, you need to move that partition)
you can try the method @ https://android.stackexchange.com/a/216130 , or better still either use the help command in parted tool to find available commands you can use or search online for an extensive guide on parted tool

if all is successful, you need to flash the partitions you modified with their appropriate files

your phone needs to be in twrp (with adb enabled) cause android can't run while you modify system partition, it'll crash once you remove system and land you in bootloop

I understand the risks.  😏😏

But I'll have to try.

Maybe I'll learn something new

adb folder is not included in your PATH which means you can't run adb from any folder location
either place adb in PATH, reinstalling adb and fastboot should do this OR run adb commands from the native folder c:\adb and copy whatever files you wish to push into this c:\adb folder

ofc it won't be the same since we both don't use the same device
since you want to increase system, you already know which system ie a/b you want to increase or if you want both then you remove everything leading up the partition you want to resize
e.g
if you want to resize system_a then you'll remove the last 14 partitions then create a new system_a partition with the new size
if you want to resize only system_b then you only need to remove the last 3 partitions
