Been trying to root my device smart 3 plus. Back up made via wwr tool and @ 1 point phone bricked and flashed backup then noticed that when I make calls the light /proximity sensor doesn't work. What could be wrong and how do I fix it?

What’s the phone’s build no?
Consider flashing the factory/signed firmware for your model/build.

I flashed using the firmware backup I created via wwr but still the same. That's why I'm thinking it's something else.
Attached it a screen shot of my build.
Is it possible to flash with one of the firmware you have on your site?

Try the factory/signed firmware with the “X627-H624STXYZAa-P-190424V181” @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-27770.html

Try disconnecting/reconnecting the phone's battery then plug to a charger for a few hours before power on.

Not an entirely good idea as many of those partitions are not empty and some of those partitions could contain data that could fix an issue such as this one i.e if it's not caused by faulty hardware
you'll need to find another x627 device without this issue to backup
